1. Return Window and Condition
- 10-day window: Contact us within 10 days of delivery.
- As-delivered condition: Items must be completely unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Restocking fee: Returns not in as-delivered condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

2. Prior Return Authorization Required
- Contact us first: Do not return items without prior authorization.
- Return address: Returns must be sent to the address we provide.

3. Shipping and Risk
- Customer liability: Failure to follow our return instructions results in customer liability for lost shipments.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
